• New Pay As You Go Pay Options -
  1.) Direct Reporting - Insured pays 15% Upfront Deposit which is applied towards last months premium. Insured reports payroll directly to Guard monthly and then premium is collected by carrier based upon payroll.
  2.)GRIP Reporting - Insured selects from a list of approved Guard Payroll Companies. Payroll Company reports payroll to Guard based upon payroll cycle. Guard collects premium directly from insured based upon reporting information. Guard Approved Payroll Provider List (PDF)

Submission Requirements

• Completed Acord Application
• List # of claims and detail on any claim over $5000, loss runs required on those risks over $15,000 in premium
• Submit Quick Quote or Acord Application via Agent Site

Excluded Classes

• Heavy Manufacturing, Trucking, 24 Hour Exposure, Bar/Tavern if over 50% liquor
